Notice: FRQS standard operating procedures

April 20th, 2015

In 2006, the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé (FRQS) developed standard operating procedures (modes opératoires normalisesMON) for the health research community. It is important to note that these procedures do not consider the most recent legislative and regulatory changes in clinical research in Canada and Québec. While the procedures may still be used for informational purposes or as a basic framework, it remains the responsibility of the users to ensure their compliance with the requirements set out by the Canadian entities that regulate clinical studies. The procedures developed by the FRQS are available on request.

In addition, the FRQS has finalized an agreement with N2, the network of networks to provide FRQS-affiliated research centres with free access to training tutorials and a series of standard operating procedures (available in English and French). For more information on these services, please contact the FRQS.
